Returns

At Hugo George Home, our top priority is your satisfaction with your purchase and overall shopping experience. We will do our best to make things right if we did not meet your expectations.

We will accept returns on eligible items in new and unused condition, at our sole discretion, within 30 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please review our full return policy, including items ineligible for return, before starting the return process.

Ineligible Items
  • Items that have passed the 30 day return window
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
  • Other restrictions may apply

 

Start on Online Return

Start your return by providing your order number and billing zip code. We will review your request within 2 business days. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label. Pack your item(s), including a copy of original packing slip (with order number visible) safely in the original box and packaging and use the provided UPS label to ship your return. Then drop off your package at an eligible location. Note: In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@hugogeorgehome.com so we can assist you with a refund or exchange. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging and proof of purchase. Due to the nature of many of our handmade products, there may be minor variations in color, shape, glaze, etc. These are not considered a manufacturing defects and will not apply to the damage or defective return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you're refund will be applied to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@hugogeorgehome.com.

Customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address that can accept packages. Packages that are unable to be delivered, are delivered to the incorrect address as a result of the customer's error, or are refused by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not eligible on orders where track states the order has been delivered.
