Order Processing Times

It is important to us that you receive your order in a timely manner. With this in mind, we will not be able to accept changes or cancellations after your order is placed.

In stock items will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. The processing time for orders received after 3pm on Fridays, weekends, and holidays will begin on the next business day. 

You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Where We Ship

  • We ship to the contiguous US only, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided during checkout, your order will be delayed until a physical address is supplied
  • At this time we do not offer shipping to Canada or any location outside of the United States

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Cost will vary depending on the shipping option that is selected by the customer.

Standard Shipping Process

Orders will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days from the purchase date. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped. All orders are shipped via UPS and should arrive within 1-7 days depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

We ship during business hours of Monday-Friday and do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Please note, while we will do everything on our end to ensure your items arrive quickly, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances out of our control, including carrier delays, service interruptions, severe weather, etc. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To see our full return policy, please visit our Returns page to learn more.
